Preview Terms

The features labeled as “Private Preview” or “Public Preview” in our documentation (“Preview Services”) are being provided by Materialize in preview mode, and may contain bugs, errors, or other problems. Customer acknowledges and agrees that Customer (and its Authorized Users) may only access and use Preview Services in accordance with its Agreement with Materialize and the Documentation, and that Materialize may (with or without notice to Customer) suspend Customer’s right to access and use the Preview Services. Notwithstanding anything set forth in Customer’s agreement with Materialize, the Preview Services are being provided by Materialize “as is” and as available, without warranties or assurances of any kind, and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, Materialize hereby disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, oral or written, relating to the Preview Services. Without limiting the foregoing, Materialize does not warrant that the Preview Services will meet Customer’s requirements or guarantee any results, outcomes, or conclusions or that the Preview Services will be uninterrupted or error free. Customer acknowledges and agrees that access to and/or use of Preview Services is at Customer’s sole risk. Materialize is not obligated to correct any bugs, defects, or errors in the Preview Services or otherwise support or maintain the Preview Services. By accessing or using the Preview Services, Customer agrees that these Additional Terms are incorporated into, and form a part of, Customer’s Agreement with Materialize.
